THE MEANING
Lōkahi. Unity, agreement, unison, harmony. Typically used to describe a team, Lōkahi means to make peace as a team and work together to ensure unity. When many flowers are strung together to create a lei, they not only look even more beautiful but take on a bigger meaning than when starting out. Just like that, we aim to bring people together to create something better than on our own.
What do we do?
-
Mentor
We support teen small-businesses creating a community where all tips and lessons learned regarding running a small business are shared. Lessons & courses also guide all team members in growing their businesses.
-
Donate
50% of profit made off the products featured on this website will be donated to help resolve the damages caused by the Maui wildfires in August of 2023. The rest of the profit will be given to the small business owner.
-
Showcase
All small businesses on our team are teen-owned. Some of the businesses have their own websites and the websites have been linked! So go show them some love and buy their products so they can continue to learn & grow.

Success Stories: Guest Speakers and Solo Work Time
Exciting news! On November 16th, Lokahi Collective will be hosting its second workshop at The Hub Coworking Hawaii. This time, we're featuring two incredible local entrepreneurs who will share their experiences and tips for success. After their talks, we’ll have more time for solo work so you can focus on developing your business ideas. We can’t wait to see you there—don’t miss out on another great opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with our awesome community!

Mauka-Makai Learning Lanai
This summer, Lokahi Collective is proud to donate $2,640 to support the Mauka-Makai Learning Lanai at Lahainaluna High School. This hands-on project, led by faculty members Bradley Mason and Cornelio Ancheta, brings students together to restore and landscape a key area of campus below the Administration Building. Beyond beautifying the school, the project offers students meaningful learning experiences in agriculture, design, and community building—skills many are using to help their families as they rebuild homes lost in the Maui wildfires. Mahalo to everyone who supported us along the way!
